We designed and implemented the Agent Orders custom web application for Applicant Insight, a nationwide provider of background screening and drug testing services.

The Agent Orders web application allows Applicant Insight’s agents in the field access to their orders; giving them the ability to fulfill orders over the internet without any special client software other than a browser.

The web application was implemented using the latest Java–based technologies, per our client’s request. The design we created is a flexible, object–oriented, plug–in architecture which allows for rapid page creation and maintenance. We also went beyond simple CSS support by creating theme support so our client could easily change the look–and–feel of the website. In addition, we designed the website to support internationalization with built–in support for the English and Spanish languages.
